Grégoire Chappuis’ practice focuses on litigation, be it civil, criminal or administrative.
He regularly advises and represents private clients and companies in disputes of domestic or international dimensions, in front of Swiss courts. He has also extensive experience in the areas of the civil and criminal liabilities of companies, contractual law, notably, entreprise and employment, banking and insurance law, as well as in the area of reals rights, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law and family law, as well as in internal investigations. He currently specializes himself in matters related to Internet, new technologies, as well as data protection.
