Nicolas Béguin’s practice focuses on banking, finance and corporate law.
He advises domestic and foreign companies mainly in banking and finance as well as corporate law matters (including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and financings).
Nicolas Béguin also advises and represents clients in civil proceedings (banking litigation, shareholders disputes, directors and auditors’ liability suits). He also defends financial intermediaries in regulatory and criminal enforcement proceedings.
Nicolas Béguin is a member of the board of directors of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF Europe) and the President of AEDBF Switzerland. He is a member of the Geneva Bar Examination Commission, and lectures at the CAS Compliance in Financial Services.
