Nicolas Béguin’s practice focuses on banking, finance and corporate law.
He regularly advises banks and financial institutions on contentious, transactional and regulatory matters. Nicolas Béguin has also extensive experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and advises on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, such as private equity buy-outs and debt financings.
Nicolas Béguin is a member of the Geneva Bar Examination Commission. He is also a member of the board of directors of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF Europe) and the President of AEDBF Switzerland.
